Jake joined Cooper Cargill Chant in 2021. Before entering private practice, Jake served as a judicial law clerk in both the Circuit Court of Cook County and the First District of the Illinois Appellate Court.

Theresa Grisez (“Tracy”) joined Cooper Cargill Chant as an Associate Attorney in 2018. Tracy practices in the areas of wills, trusts & estate planning, probate & trust administration, and real estate & title services.
Before joining Cooper Cargill Chant in 2012, Bridgid worked as the Administrator for the White Mountain Waldorf School in Albany, NH, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school and working as the administrative personnel while the school conducted its first capital campaign.
Melissa works as a Legal Assistant, primarily in Residential Real Estate. Melissa joined Cooper Cargill Chant/Presidential Title Services in 2016, after 20 years with the Town of Madison, NH.
Real Estate Closing Manager
Sheryl joined Cooper Cargill Chant in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years.
Khristina assists several attorneys in Residential & Commercial Real Estate Transactions as well as Estate Planning, Scheduling and Secretarial duties.
Monica joined Cooper Cargill Chant in July 2015. She supports the firm’s estate planning attorneys and has extensive experience with regard to wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and Trusts.
Carrie provides support to Attorney Dennis Morgan and his practice areas of business collections, civil litigation, criminal defense and DUI. She has over ten years of experience providing administrative support for local companies.
Sara joined Cooper Cargill Chant in 2007, as Administrative Assistant & Receptionist. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the hospitality Industry for 25 years with experience in sales & marketing and human resources.
