Randall F. Cooper is a third generation New Hampshire lawyer who has been actively practicing in North Conway since 1976, after having served as a line officer in the United States Navy. Randy is presently, Of Counsel, assisting the firm and clients when asked, and serves as well as a mediator for the courts in Maine and New Hampshire. Randy’s forty years of legal experience includes land use law and real estate development, and most recently mediation. Randy has taken the lead in his profession to reinvigorate “trust” as the core value of the legal profession.
E. Donald Dufrense Award for Outstanding Professionalism – NH Bar Association
Recognized for Service to the NH Bar Association.
President of the New Hampshire Bar Association – Randy called for a statewide symposium on professionalism, resulting in the creation of a standing Professionalism Committee, the rewriting of the NH Litigation Guidelines, and the formation of a New Hampshire Professionalism Creed.
Member of the Executive Council of the National Conference of Bar Presidents – Randy was a member of both the Program Committee and the Professional Reform Initiative, advocating the first initiative to address lawyer truthfulness.

Randy is married to his wife, Carolyn Lucet, and has two sons, Riley a physician and Tristan an attorney, both located in Chicago. An avid golfer, you can find Randy on the greens of his favorite course near his home.
