Dennis L. Morgan joined Cooper Cargill Chant in 2001 after serving as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Cuyahoga County, Ohio, investigating and prosecuting a wide variety of felony cases, including white collar, narcotics and violent crime. During his tenure as a prosecutor, Dennis first chaired dozens of trials. Dennis also received two commendations from the FBI for his service while a prosecutor. Dennis brings a wealth of experience to his civil litigation, criminal defense, real estate and bankruptcy practice.

Dennis is active both in personal sports achievements and in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Slope Ski Foundation and is co-chair of the Junior Ski Program, which provides access to winter snow sports for all children of the Mount Washington Valley. He is also a Director for the Mount Washington Valley Ski Touring Foundation. Dennis actively participates in the Carroll County Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, National College for DUI Defense, New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association.
Dennis lives in Conway with his wife and sons. Dennis is an avid skier, snow boarder and cyclist.

Morgan, who practices in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, real estate and bankruptcy, has expanded his practice, to serve the legal needs of clients throughout both New Hampshire and Maine. Morgan joined Cooper Cargill Chant in 2001.
