Katherine ClarkKatherine Clark, Paralegal
Katherine Clark joined Cooper Cargill Chant in 2005 as a Paralegal. She has a Bachelors of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts and a Paralegal Certification from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. She has over 10 years of legal experience in probate administration. She assists the probate and estate planning attorneys in administrating decedent’s estates.

Katherine ClarkJanet Conner, Real Estate Manager/Accounting Manager
Janet Conner rejoined Cooper Cargill Chant in 1999 following several years as the administrative assistant to the selectman for the Town of Tamworth. In total, Janet has over 14 years with Cooper Cargill Chant. She has considerable experience in many aspects of the real estate industry. Janet earned a degree in Paralegal Studies from Rivier College. She is Treasurer for the Tamworth School District and Trustee of Trust Funds for the Town of Tamworth.

Sandy Eldon, Paralegal
Sandy Eldon has been a paralegal in the Real Estate department of Cooper Cargill Chant since 2002. In total, Sandy has over 18 years of law office experience in real estate transactions. She concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate acquisitions and sales. Sandy has extensive experience working with buyers, sellers and real estate brokers as well as lending institutions.

Katherine ClarkDonald Gemmecke, Paralegal
Don Gemmecke joined Cooper Cargill Chant in 2004. After retiring from the Marine Corps in 1991, he graduated from New Hampshire College in 1994 with a BS in Small Business Studies. He has been a paralegal since his graduation from the McIntosh College paralegal studies course in1995. While working in the areas of probate and personal injury law for a law firm in the New Hampshire Seacoast area, he earned his Certified Legal Assistant designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants in 1997. Don is a Justice of the Peace and an avid hiker, kayaker, traveler and landscape photographer.

Elizabeth KenchElizabeth M. Kench, Paralegal
Elizabeth Kench has been employed with Cooper Cargill Chant for nearly 20 years. She is a 1972 graduate of the Katherine Gibbs School in Boston, Massachusetts. She assists several attorneys in various practice areas and has extensive experience in business/corporate law, bankruptcy, and estate planning. She enjoys reading and is an active volunteer with the Conway Public Library.

Bonnie KimnachBonnie Kimnach, Paralegal
Bonnie Kimnach, CP, has over 25 years of legal experience in all areas of the law. She joined Cooper Cargill Chant in 1999 as a Certified Paralegal assisting partners and associates in the Litigation Department in the areas of domestic law, civil and commercial litigation, landlord-tenant, collections and bankruptcy. In 1981, she earned her Legal Assistants Certificate from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida. In 1992, she obtained a Bachelors of Liberal Studies Degree from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida, and has been a Certified Legal Assistant and member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1997. Since 2004, she has been an elected Board Member of the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire (PANH) and has continued to be Chairman of the Annual Meeting. In her spare time, she earned her New Hampshire real estate sales license and sold real estate. She also volunteers as a religious education teacher and is appointed Safe Environment Coordinator for the Protection of Children at Our Lady of the Mountains Parish.

Bryan MorinBryan Morin, Firm Administrator
Bryan Morin joined Cooper Cargill Chant in 1993 and has served as Firm Administrator since 2003. He directs and oversees firm operations in several areas including human resources, benefits administration, information systems and facilities management. He works closely with the firm’s attorneys and staff to improve processes and enhance service delivery. Bryan strongly believes that through the use of technology, legal services can be delivered more efficiently and cost-effectively. Prior to his current position, Bryan was a paralegal in the firm’s litigation practice group and served as an administrator for human resource functions and systems administration. Bryan is a graduate of Saint Michael's College with a B.A.- Political Science and a graduate of the NH Technical Institute - Certified Paralegal (ABA Approved Program). He has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire (1998-2002) and is a past recipient of the Paralegal Association's President's Award (1998-99). Bryan is a member of the Granite State Legal Administrators Association and serves on the Design Review Committee of his local homeowners association.
