Deborah, A. Fauver, Associate Deborah A. Fauver rejoined the firm in 2004. She focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, real estate (including resolution of right-of- way, boundary and title issues), and representation of property owners' associations. Deborah served as a law clerk to the New Hampshire Superior Court in 1990/1991, then practiced law here at the firm, and later with District Court Judge Pamela D. Albee. Prior to rejoining the firm, Deborah worked part-time as a freelance legal writer, reporting on all of the published opinions issued by the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mount Holyoke College, BA in English, cum laude, 1982; University of Maine School of Law, JD, cum laude, 1990. Deborah is an affiliate member of the White Mountain Board of Realtors, is an Eastern Slope Ski Club volunteer, a member of the Mount Washington Valley Music Boosters and has served on the Board of Directors for the Northern New Hampshire Foundation. Deborah is also active in the Carroll County and New Hampshire Bar Associations. Her husband, Peter, was one of the founding members of the firm, and is currently an associate justice of the New Hampshire Superior Court.
